CORE Association is governed by a Board of Directors, elected for two-year terms by association members at our Annual General Meeting.
The primary board responsibilities are to design board structure and process, direct strategic plans and priorities, delegate management authority and responsibility to the executive director, and to monitor risk and measure results.
