Adult SERVICES
We believe that all individuals can thrive in their community.
We work with and support individuals to ensure they are included and actively involved citizens within their community. As an agency we strive to ensure that each individual is accepted as a valuable and contributing member of society.
Persons attending Adult Service Program must have a primary diagnosis of a development disability, and meet the requirements of the funding source (PDD) or they can access the program through private funding.
Programming focuses on workshops and courses that teach the individual skills needed for everyday life. CORE provides resources to support individuals with disabilities and their families.
The individual needs to demonstrate a desire to participate in the service they may choose and complete any assessments requested.
